We now registered on the LWAH dynamic framework agreement with the Oxfordshire County Council and are therefore able to assist with Care provided for by the council.

  • We encourage open communication. Caregivers provide regular updates through our Care Management System. Family members or designated representatives are encouraged to request access to this Care Management system in order to keep up to date with their loved one’s daily activities and progress. Family members can have the peace of mind even if they are out of the country, simply by following the updates on the Care Management System.

  • Yes, we understand that compatibility is crucial. If there are concerns or preferences, please communicate these with our management team, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests.

  • We provide care services in Bicester and surrounding villages. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us for confirmation.

  • Our services are available between 7.00 am and 22.00 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. We strive to offer flexible care that fits our clients’ schedules and needs.

Unfortunately We Care TJ Limited don’t currently offer a live in service, it is something we are working on, so please feel free to enquire with our management team.
